Circuits.

Room 9 are getting fit for cross country. Every Tuesday, Wednesday and most Friday mornings we head out, the whole middle team, to the netball courts to complete our circuits. We have music to get us excited about moving and we move around at the whistle to the next card. Each card has a different activitiy. There is usual one to get our heart pumping and then one to stretch out our muscles.
Mrs Orton took photos of us today and then Alex and Gemma helped her to make a pic collage of our circuits.

    before the cross country stared every day when I went home I went around my house six or seven or eghit times and in cross country my placing was 7th how about that Mrs paton.
