Marmite is back on the shelves. So today we got a piece of toast smoothered in Marmite. We made notes in our notetaking books about what it looked like, smelt like, tasted like and felt like on our tounge. We used this to help write poems about Marmite.

I must go to the supermarket and get some. I think it's be so long that I have forgotten what it tastes like! What is your most favourite word that describes the marmite you tasted today?

Yum, Marmite toast! We tried to buy some marmite when it first came back, but it was all sold out before we could buy some, so we're still having to eat Vegemite!
