Over the holidays some delicious raspberries have been growing in our schools gardens. Yesterday Room 9 got to sneak over and eat them before Mr Peachy did and they were tasty!
They were juicy. Jono They were as juicy as freshly squeezed juice. Rico They were as juicy as an orange. Christopher It was really sweet. Maea It had a refreshing flavour. Kayley I didn't want to taste one but they looked yum to me. Gemma They were as juicy as a juicy apple. Eva They were sour. Liam They were yummy because they looked delicious and tasted delicious too. Maxxis They were sweet and juicy. Tilya They were as juicy as passionfruit juice. Taylor
Hi Room 9 It is so satisfying eating something fresh from the garden. I'm glad you got to try some. I wonder... who had never eaten Raspberries before, and tried them for the first time?
We had lots of people try raspberries for the first time. They were; Kaja, Cloe, Gemma, Chrystal, Tilya, Maea, Taylor, Jayme, Christopher and Liam. But everyone who tried them loved this tasty fruit and wanted more but we will have to wait until more raspberries grow. From Room 9
