On Friday we had a great day getting dressed up like a book character. We had some very creative costumes and a range of characters from Tinkerbell, to Where's Wally. Matilda, Cat in the Hat, Robin Hood and Superheroes. During the week we visited the book fair in the library and many of us were lucky enough to have some of our wishlist granted. We loved being read to by different teachers on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

ReplyDeleteHow are you? We really liked how you dressed up in all your costumes. Our favourites are Robin Hood because he has an awesome bow. Jordan really liked the Spider Man costume. Maia loves the Dr Seuss Costume of the Cat in the Hat. We love reading Dr Seuss books! It would be so much fun to have a book character day.

What is your favourite Dr Seuss story? No we do not have book character dress up days BUT we would like to have a try at it.
If we had a dress up day we would dress up as; Dr Seuss, Terrying Gorillas, Indiana Jones, Cinderalla, Bell the Princess, Tinkerbell, and Zac Power!

Green eggs and ham because they keep asking if the person would try it and at the end he does and he likes it.
Oh the things you can think because we made schlopp from that story (Check out our thinking blog down the side of this one to see our yummy schlopp)!
How the Grinch stole Christmas because its got a happy ending.
Cat in the Hat because the cat is magic.
The Foot Book because it tells you about little and big feet and all different types of feet.
The Lorax because they almost run out of trees.
The Fox in Socks as well because it is a tounge twister book.
